Building Plans Consultation - We can review your proposed floor plans to ensure the design meet both the state regulatory requirements but also meets the care needs of your residents.

Mock Surveys - To help your organization better prepare for an upcoming state licensing survey our team can conduct an onsite survey that will be more thorough that what you will experience during the licensing inspection.  We will conduct a thorough exit conference and provide technical assistance to correct any regulatory deficiencies.

Plan of Correction Assistance - we can assist your organization in completing a Plan of Correction for your state surveyor. 


Administrator Orientation - We offer an intensive version of the assisted living administrator orientation training program for your organization's lead staff.  This training will cover key elements of the assisted living regulations, how to work with your licensing agency, how to complete a good plan of correction, incident reporting, support plans, etc.  This training we offer will reinforce similar training offered by your state licensing agency.
